Philip Lafferty is the principal of the firm with more than 30 years trial experience as both a commercial and civil litigator.

Philip was born in England but trained as a Barrister & Solicitor in Western Australia where he operated his own law firm for 18 years. He has conducted several hundred civil trials during his career in various areas of law including commercial and contractual disputes, landlord & tenant matters, property disputes and personal injury claims.
